To open and maintain an account with 444bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 444bet enforces a strict 21+ policy and may request identity documents at any time to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with applicable law.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 444bet is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you operate. 444bet makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all territories.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have self-excluded from 444bet or any affiliated platform. Players who have requested self-exclusion are prohibited from re-registering.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account. Registering multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

444bet reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where these eligibility criteria are not met, without prior notice and without liability.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 444bet targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals once approved; actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• 444bet reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within any rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals requested outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may experience minor delays but will be processed at the earliest opportunity.
• 444bet is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, mobile network operators, or banking institutions once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from our system.

444bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the offer.

Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

Each game operates under its own published return-to-player (RTP) rate and random number generator (RNG) certification. 444bet does not modify game outcomes.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after placement except where a specific game or market explicitly provides a cash-out option.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, 444bet will investigate using system logs and server records. Bets affected by a proven system error will be void and stakes returned. Winnings paid in error are not retained by the player and will be reclaimed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 444bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets
• Collusion between players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be void
• Money laundering or using 444bet to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to access your account
• Any form of fraud, chargebacks, or deliberate misuse of the payment system

444bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 calendar months preceding the claim.

444bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing
• The player's account poses a risk to 444bet, other players, or the integrity of games
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel account restriction

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
